Insurance and Licensing:
Does Game Time carry insurance?
In accordance with state regulations, GameTime maintains proper insurance, safety inspections and licenses.
Attendant / Operator / Supervisor:
Can we provide our own staff to run equipment?
If you choose to provide your own attendants/operators, they must be present at the time of delivery to receive proper training. The attendants must be at least 16 years of age (as required by state regulations).
Attendant/Operator Rate: $35.00 per hour plus drive time.
Do you deliver equipment?
Yes; however, delivery rates do vary depending on the distance to be traveled.
Where does the equipment get power from?
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is sufficient electric at the job or event site.
GameTime Inflatables also has 5500 kw Generator (equal to (2) 110v 20 amp circuit) – Rental Rate: $75.00 each availible to rent
What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, the lessee may reschedule the date of the rental to any day (excluding Holidays) upon availability within 6 months of the original event date… as long as the lessee has notified Gametime Inflatables at least 24 hours prior to the day of the rental. If you are calling after hours, and have a problem, please call our 24 hour emergency number.

Gametime Inflatables ("Gametime") operates gametimeinflatables.com and may operate other websites. It is Gamtime's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, Gametime collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Gamtime's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Gamtime's visitors use its website. From time to time, Gametime may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Gametime also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on gametimeinflatables.com blogs/sites. Gametime only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Certain visitors to Gamtime's websites choose to interact with Gametime in ways that require Gametime to gather personally-identifying information. Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Gametime will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Gametime discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Gametime believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Gametime, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Gametime website and have supplied your email address, Gametime may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Gametime and our products. If you send us a request (for example via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Gametime takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
If Gametime, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Gametime goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Gametime may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time you reserve the equipment. In the event you have to cancel or reschedule your event, the lessee may reschedule the date of the rental to any day (excluding Holidays) upon availability within 6 months of the original event date… as long as the lessee has notified Gametime Inflatables at least 24 hours prior to the day of the rental.
My yard is slightly slopped. Can you still set up on it?
A slight sloop is not a problem for setting up the equipment.
Can you set up on my driveway?
We prefer to set up on a soft surface, such as grass, but can set up on concrete with prior notice.
Will you pick up on the same day?
Yes, in most cases we do pick up the same day. If we must leave the equipment over night, we will let you know.
What questions should I be asking?
Are you looking to rent an inflatable or amusement device for your event or party? When selecting an inflatable or amusement device, there are a few things you should ask to ensure you make the right decision.
- Don’t just shop for price
- Ask about cleanliness and condition of the unit
- Ask if their equipment has been inspected by the Department of Labor
- Ask if they are insured for the following coverages (you have the right to request proof)
- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- Proof of Commercial Auto Policy
- Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance
If they are properly insured their rental rates will be higher. You will not be renting a unit for $75.00 for the day! But you will have a professional rental company that is operating with trained employees to ensure you have a safe and successful event.
We will never call and cancel your event at the last minute, and you will be given written instructions on how to correctly operate your inflatable device.
Gametime Inflatables, LLC does offer a “Rain Waiver Policy.” The Rain Waiver will be 5% of your rental costs and must be purchased at the time of booking. It is non-refundable. In the event of rain, or excessive wind speeds (determined by Gametime Inflatables, LLC), we will not be able to do your rental. You will receive a refund of your money if the rain waiver is in place. If the rain waiver is not in place, you may reschedule the date of the rental to any day (excluding Holidays) up to 6 months from the original date, as long as the rental equipment is available. You will get ONE reschedule date only. IMPORTANT: Once rental items are in route, there will be NO refund or rescheduling of the event, regardless of changes in the weather situation.
